Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large skillet and set your heat to high.
Add all your dokbokki ingredients to the boiling water. (Vegetables, fishcakes, noodles, rice cakes and sauce)
Bring back up to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes while stirring constantly. (So your rice cakes do not stick to the bottom of the pan)
Your sauce should thicken and your rice cakes will be soft and chewy.
Add oil to a large skillet and set to high heat.
Add in the chicken from your Kimchi Mama Spicy Chicken Meal Kit.
Bring chicken and vegetables back up to a boil. If you would like your chicken more saucy you can now add in the extra sauce provided to you with your meal kit.
Reduce heat to medium-medium high and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
After 10 minutes your sauce should be thickened up and you can serve your chicken over rice with Kimchi Mama kimchi on the side!

Spicy Chicken Kimchi Fried Rice Instructions:
Bring your leftover spicy chicken to a simmer.
Add in your leftover rice and kimchi. Mix all ingredients together.
Flatten your rice to the bottom of the pan for 1-2 minutes.
This will toast the bottom layer of rice for a crispy crunchy aspect to your fried rice.
Mix all together and serve.
